Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Digital Rocket LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), the company that operates Questions.AI, governing your use of the Questions.AI mobile application and related services (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The Service

Questions.AI is an educational study aid that uses artificial intelligence to read questions you submit — by photo, text, or voice — and generate answers, explanations, and practice material across subjects such as math, science, history, and English.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the App only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Educational Use & Academic Integrity

Questions.AI is intended to help you learn, study, and check your work — not to complete graded assignments, tests, or exams on your behalf. You are solely responsible for complying with the academic-integrity and honor-code policies of your school, teacher, or institution. Misusing the App to cheat may violate those policies, and we are not responsible for the consequences of such misuse.

4. AI-Generated Content & Accuracy

Answers are generated by an artificial-intelligence system and may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. The App does not provide professional, legal, medical, financial, or other expert advice. Always review and verify AI-generated answers before relying on them. You use the App's outputs at your own risk.

5. Subscriptions, Billing & Auto-Renewal

Questions.AI offers auto-renewable subscriptions purchased through Apple In-App Purchase. Available plans include Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly memberships. Prices are shown in the App at the time of purchase.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
Any unused portion of a free trial (if offered) is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's policies; we cannot issue App Store refunds directly.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the App for unlawful purposes; (b) submit content that infringes others' rights or violates any law; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or overload the App or its servers; (d) resell or redistribute the App's outputs as your own commercial product; or (e) misuse the App to violate an institution's academic policies.

7. Intellectual Property & Content Rights

Our content

The App, the Questions.AI name and logo, this website, and all related software, design, text, graphics, and other materials are owned by Digital Rocket LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. "Questions.AI" and the Questions.AI logo are trademarks of Digital Rocket LLC and may not be used without our prior written permission. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

Your content

You retain ownership of the questions, images, and other material you submit ("Your Content"). You grant Digital Rocket LLC a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, transmit, and store Your Content solely to operate and provide the service — including sending it to our AI provider to generate answers. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit Your Content and that it does not infringe the rights of others or violate any law.

AI-generated answers

Subject to these Terms and applicable law, we do not claim ownership of the answers generated for you, and you may use them for your personal, educational purposes. Because AI outputs can be similar across users and may reflect third-party material, we make no representation that any output is unique, original, or free of third-party rights, and you are solely responsible for how you use it.

Feedback

If you choose to send us feedback, ideas, or suggestions, you grant Digital Rocket LLC the right to use them for any purpose without restriction, compensation, or obligation to you.

8. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that answers will be accurate or complete.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DIGITAL ROCKET LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE ON THE APP OR ITS OUTPUTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time and cancel your subscription through the App Store.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Digital Rocket LLC operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located there, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

13. Apple-Required Terms

This agreement is between you and Digital Rocket LLC only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them.
